We normally start with a meeting to collect any ideas you may have for the artwork. If you aren’t sure what you would like in your painting I will be happy to develop some ideas for you. If there is an established budget we will discuss this since it may determine the level of detail in the painting. Within just a few days we will submit to you a small, color illustration of the painting as well as a cost proposal if there isn’t an established budget. Upon approval of both design and bid a 50% deposit is required and work will begin on the mural.
Doing the mural on canvas in studio is usually the best option for a number of reasons. It prevents our setting up in your home or business for days or weeks. Also canvas murals have the flexibility of being moved, stored or saved for future use. If the mural is done in the studio I will send or email photographs of the progress. Upon completion we will schedule the installation. Most installations can be done in one day. If the mural is done onsite, regular visits are encouraged for approval. Final payment is due upon installation and/or final approval.
